Pamela Lloyd Junge Lewis, 63, of Roanoke Rapids died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Mrs. Lewis was born August 10, 1950 in Downer’s Grove, IL. to the late Vanderhiden Junge and Anne Foard Junge.
She was a devoted mental health nurse who was always taking care of others.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband C. Melvin Lewis of the home; her daughter Kelly Smith and husband Tony of Rocky Mount; her sons Matthew Yarbrough and wife Emily of Salisbury, NC; and Christopher Scott of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren Jessica, Brooke, Graham, Seth, Griffin, and Gentry; and her great grandchild Cohen. Mrs. Lewis is also survived by her sister Patsy Sorenson of Flagler Beach, FL. and a niece Amy Waldhauer and a great nephew Seaton Waldhauer and special friends Riley and Rosie.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
